You should have a backup reservation with another rental agency if possible... If they ask for proof (AAA membership card, COSTCO membership card, corporate business card, physical coupons, etc.)...

I ended up using the coupon code. On the awd, I ended up on flyertalk and found my own company's awd code....not as good as op's but good enough. Thanks and repped.

seems to be a tad bit more than some shopping portals. it's great if you don't use UR, AAdvantage or other forms of shopping portal that gives you fairly good discounts on car rental.
