Apparently the return window of 90 days changed to 30 days without a notice to customers. Most stores have extended and only VS would shrink without printing it on any order forms. At least Express...

For card members, yea, or at least as of December. As for free panty codes, I just have a few Pink Nation accounts with various emails and they tend to have free panty coupons in the app frequently
