http://192.168.1.1 is the default. if you never changed the login username/password, I think it's written on the router.

As far as I know, there are no completely locked TMobile firmwares that you CAN'T change the CFE and go to Asus (or whatever). They have become more difficult but so far, all can be converted.

I think you are mixing up MB/s with Mb/s. 1B = 8bits. When you move files on windows machine transfer rate is displayed in MB/s. When you check your wifi connection speed, it is displayed in Mb/s....

sounds like you forgot to do a NVRAM reset, a NVRAM reset should always be done both BEFORE and AFTER a firmware flash. i personally also go a step further and do a restory factory/router defaults...
