Yes, will agree with you on that. Lasers hip has not only lost, but claimed to have delivered packages when they never did. Wish I could choose UPS or even USPS. Never had a problem with them.

Same here. In fact ADP used to use UPS and then went to lasership I guess because they offered the cheaper contract. I had problems with my payroll being delivered with UPS but never had a problem...
