I always bring in the item with box so they can actually scan the bar code. It is easier for the rep so less headache. Another perk is I can apply another coupon when return/rebuy.

I have used both. 10% movers Lowes and 20% HF. Rancho Cucamonga does not take HF but Upland does Depending on which lady is st customer service.
