Well I can access on my XB1 with the free app.
I can also access via free app I got from AMZ Underground on my Android phone. Even if it free, it is a one time App purchase cost $2-5 through sales....

Yeah I literally have this exact setup where I have a user called kids with no pin code needed that only has kids movies and tv and another user that needs a pin for access to ''normal' content....

you cant get the windows app without it, which is lame, since it used to be free. Also, it grants you access to licenses across the board for all the clients.
