Any router supports ATT wifi calling. Just in case your bandwidth is limited and you are doing BT, you need to set higher priority for VOIP. I have Comcast 100Mb and I don't set QoS.

The best way to set this up would be as an access point, not a repeater. Run ethernet from the main router to the second router and setup the second as an AP. This assumes you can run ethernet.
