I received this email but whe I click on it, it simply brings me to the mygrizzly homepage and doesn't give me a popup nor is it in my offers (ive tried chrome, firefox, and MS edge)

When I logged in, I had 2 offers Clicked offers and the claim button was there. had to confirm addy, then another claim button
