The Pin # is the MSL. The $5 credit is what people are adding to Pay As You Go as a credit for future overages. The tax for Pay as You Go depends on which state you reside in. Hope that helps.

Sounds good...that's what i did. Remember to turn off your data after you apply credit... U will get 2g 64k unlimited after you burn thru your plan amount. ...and turn it on when needed.
