I didn't receive any invite or anything. I simply went on the groupon website, signed in using my Google account for the first time and was able to purchase the $10 gift card for $5.

It will let you add another to your "cart", but when you try to submit order it says you've exceeded the maximum number of purchases for this deal.

I had that happen with E - b8s. They gave me all the appropriate referral credits and had it sitting in my acct for a long time, then they suddenly zeroed it out and deactivated all the referral...

FYI, just in case you thought you had to use them now, they don't expire. I added mine to my Target App under account > giftcards. That way you know they're valid and you have them at the ready.
