FYI my HD now also has the Husky 52" box on sale at $498. I went and got that and I'm selling the $300 dewalte -- the Husky has a powder coat finish and more usable (at least for me) drawer widths....

As you said, it depends on intended use. If you have a smaller space to work with and aren't using it daily it's probably a solid setup. If you don't get it, you don't need anything better or bigger....
