They have always had Disney gift cards online. They will cancel your order if you buy them using Target gift cards online though. You can do it in store still though.

This is a pretty decent deal if you have a Discover card. The Discover portal is giving 5% at Sam's and the Discover quarterly bonus is also giving 5% at wholesale clubs, so you're getting 10% back....

Yes. You can use it for anything you would pay Disney for (resorts, parks, passes, food or gifts at the parks) or in any Disney Store or Disney Store online.

Yeah it is a PITA. For that $750 I mentioned I did 10 separate ~ $75 transactions in order to use a $5 coupon. Wound up saving about $80 on the $750 in GC's with a combination of the BJ's ~-4%...

Basically every time you buy a GC, you get it at a discount, so buying as many GC "levels" as possible on your way to the Disney GC is what maximizes your savings.
