I finally removed mine going into an AT&T store and requesting a new SIM. They activated it and waived all fees for it, and asked almost zero questions as they weren't familiar with the plan. YMMV.

So I was able to get a PUK from ATT to reset the SIM lock. Does anyone know if there is a way to totally remove the SIM lock? Every time my Mobley starts up, I need to enter the PIN before anything...
