My 2 connected car plans (mobley + nighthawk) have no Sim locks and I can switch devices. Was yours locked by At&t or you did it yourself?

I was able to do it by putting it in a phone and using its UI to disable PIN lock.

I finally removed mine going into an AT&T store and requesting a new SIM. They activated it and waived all fees for it, and asked almost zero questions as they weren't familiar with the plan. YMMV.

So I was able to get a PUK from ATT to reset the SIM lock. Does anyone know if there is a way to totally remove the SIM lock? Every time my Mobley starts up, I need to enter the PIN before anything...

It probably can, but you will need to have the timer restart it every 2 hours (the maximum time it can remain on at a time after it detects it's not connected to a running car) if you want...
