KitchenAid Refund Policy

KitchenAid makes customer satisfaction a top priority and has one of the most flexible refund policies of any appliance manufacturer. You can request a full refund for major appliances within 15 days of delivery with absolutely no fees. You can also request a refund on major appliances damaged on delivery, or a repair/replacement under the appliance's cosmetic warranty. After 15 days, you can still return major appliances but you’ll have to pay a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is $50 and the maximum is 20% of the purchase price.
