KitchenAid Refund Policy

KitchenAid makes customer satisfaction a top priority and has one of the most flexible refund policies of any appliance manufacturer. You can request a full refund for major appliances within 15 days of delivery with absolutely no fees. You can also request a refund on major appliances damaged on delivery, or a repair/replacement under the appliance's cosmetic warranty. After 15 days, you can still return major appliances but you’ll have to pay a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is $50 and the maximum is 20% of the purchase price. KitchenAid does not issue refunds for major appliances after 30 days but damaged items are still covered under their manufacturers' warranties and eligible for repairs or replacements.

For mixers, mixer attachments and other countertop appliances and accessories, you can request a full refund within 60 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping for these items is free, except for parts and accessories.
