Yes, but according to a review on the second page, it seems that the drive itself is too slow to be true USB 3.0...the reviewer said:

All in all, it is good for a 2TB drive but don't buy it expecting a huge performance boost.

Me too. Bought this drive in July and it's worked great. You'll never get the 5 Gbit/s transfer rate but it's substantially faster than a USB 2.0 connection.The reviewer might want to check the drivers on his USB 3.0 controller.
