They just had this promo last weekend at my local store - it seems like there's no dollar cap on your restaurant reimbursement, so I guess if you had a whole extended family eat there on one $100 bill, you could theoretically get your furniture purchase for free. I didn't see anyone flagrantly abusing the system like this, it just seemed like a lot of people were eating the ribs ($8). I had no problem having the $20 lunch for my family reimbursed.
There doesn't seem to be any tracking of how many times you can take advantage of this either, so if you know you're going to be buying a lot of items that can be broken up into $100 chunks, you can get multiple free meals out of this over the BF weekend. You could also theoretically do douchey things like buying all their non-perishable items, like the juice boxes, bottled sodas and cereals to run up your restaurant bill.
