Very inexpensive for a Mag-Lite. Clearly clearancing out incandescent bulb models. LED equivalent one is $16

there are conversion kits out there, but add that cost on and you're at same price as just buying LED newer version Smilie

I came across a semi old one this past weekend. I changed the batteries twice, the light is just weak, full of hotspots no matter how you adjust it etc....1 is enough

How does this have even one thumbs up? There is zero advantage to this over an LED torch at the same price point.

Even those cheapy checkout-counter multi-LED generic lights will be brighter and last longer.

Got one years ago when the economy was Great and Fatwallet freebies were amazing.

Light was ok, but meh. Nothing amazing vs the other D lanterns in the house.

Did the NiteIze led upgrade twice, 1st and 2nd gen leds. Now ok. Fair, but my Ozark Trail 200 lumen auto dimming headlamp kills it for brightness.

Heck, even harbor freight's portable flip switch led light is a zillion times brighter and cheaper.
