Might be YMMV, but
I have an automatic discount for both items that shows on the product page (desktop browser)
"Save $0.75 at checkout." or $0.72 for the other book.

I think those discounts are the only thing that would make this a deal bc the Amazon listing has been this price for 2 months and before that it was $0.25 more.

what a neat idea! I was looking at their other designs on amazon, and the Under the Sea one looks pretty cool. Not as on sale as these ones, but i'll pay the extra $3. my kid will be old enough soon

I have bought a few for my kids and as gifts. The designs look nice and the stickers are good quality. Good value at this price

I have the discounts on product page too and I think the reason is books are 15% off at Target this week so same price there. My grandkids are too old now but one of them had really enjoyed these books. He would decorate his room with the finished pages.
