If you use these correctly, they work amazingly well. Not sure why others are having poor success.

A couple of tips... once you place them in an existing ant trail... don't move them. Leave them until the job is done. In my experience these will wipe out a colony in usually 2-3 days.

Within a few hours, you'll see many dead ants around the trap. Leave them. Don't wipe them up. Some of the dead ant bodies will be taken back to the colony. Also, while many ants die around the trap... many are also taking back some of the poison to the main colony. This is what makes these traps especially effective as the ants work to bring the delicious poison back to their main base... thus wiping out the colony.

Remove the traps once the ants are gone. Don't leave them as they often will attract more ants eventually from a different colony.

Finally, ants are actually very good for the ground. If you have ants around you're yard... it's good to let them be. They accomplish much good when outside the house.

Good price for now - I stocked up heavily with the Ace Hardware deal a couple months ago and they didn't enforce any limits.

Additionally, multiple quantities seem to be eligible for $0.50 in digital amazon currency.
Ordering 3 offers $1.50 digital credits.

They were $2.99 each.
I bought 2 and I had a $5 off from signing up for the Ace app.

Funny thing, I usually get an ant invasion in the spring but this year nothing, thankfully.
But I'm ready for them with the 2 packages I bought.

yeah. i remember i was active on that ace deal too. somehow those "borax" people talked me out of it. but that thing didnt work right. so many different mixing formulas online. some of them are very misleading too. they didnt really say use fine (baking) sugar, some said use peanut butter. anyway, they just dont work. i will try this one this time.

I've used 6 of these around the house and yes they do attract the ants but I don't see it curing the problem. So far I think it's done nothing but kill only the ants that it has attracted.

This stuff is magic! It is amazing how many ants it attracts, but works like a charm. I've quit my bi-monthly spraying and used these when I had outbreaks. Knocks on wood*, so far it's worked great every time.
