It isn't. They also just stopped the 22 oz bags that I was ordering every couple months for $12.73.

I find pistachios taste way better when they are still in the shell. Made that mistake recently but in not sure about the flavored one but my guess is part of the breakdown would still cuaw it to not be as good when flavored but I could be wrong.

I'm a huge salt and vinegar fan, but these had an off taste to them. If you're expecting a similar taste to the salt and vinegar almonds, you might be disappointed.

The chili ones on the other hand are phenomenal.

man, i rarely go all bleeding heart around here, but i urge everyone to watch the comedy podcast called "the dollop" about pistachios. its 2 comedian/historians that do random stories about different stuff. the people that own 100% of the pistachios that you buy are vile humans who are basically slave owners, and deserve to be charged with crimes against humanity. i cant stress how many ways they are vile human beings.

There are tons of other foods that are farmed using slave labor like conditions. Like cashews, vanilla, chocolate, etc.

Not to mention most devices you own which has a rechargeable battery means the metals used to make the battery was likely mined using child labor working under highly dangerous and slave like conditions.

And then when you toss those electronics away, odds are they eventually get shipped to China or another Asia country as ewaste. There child labor is used to extract any precious metals inside. Often there are little to no safety measures and no safety equipment provided to the workers. As a result the workers end up inhaling a lot of toxic fumes while extracting the precious metals.
