I... don't think this is accurate. There's some confusion between the Vizio 2021 5 and 6 series and 2022 series. I believe a bunch of the spec and overview descriptions have been mixed up and copy/pasted across multiple sites. You can see Rtings review of this exact model (V655-J09) in the link below.
It doesn't make any sense here for it to suggest it supports THREE HDMI 2.1 ports and VRR while it maxes out at 4k60hz. If this truly had full HDMI 2.1 support across 3 ports in Vizio's BUDGET 2021 model, there would be significantly more buzz about their entire lineup, and I can't even imagine what their M and P Quantum series upgrades would include. Like full on 8k resolution for the P-series at $1k?
I have to put this out there for the OP as well as anyone who sees this deal and is considering it. I believe there is an issue with the description/tech specs which has been copy/pasted across multiple sites, including Best Buy, probably due to confusion between the Vizio 2021 V5 and 6 series and the announced 2022 Vizio lineup. This description claims HDMI 2.1 across ALL THREE ports with VRR and full array backlighting that sounds like mini-LED tech without specifically saying mini-LED. That backlighting tech in particular is looking to be quite popular in 2022 LED lineups for alot of companies. This screen is 4k60hz, and therefore couldn't possibly make anywhere near full use of HDMI 2.1 functions, which would make it a crazy expensive feature to put into a budget level TV that doesn't even support 120hz. If that's the budget line level at this price, what would the M6, M7, and P-Quantum Series add to justify their price increases and frankly in most cases, even their existence? Like would the 2021 P-Series have a full 8k panel running smoothly at 60hz? Because.. no. No it doesn't. You would have heard about it all year as just about the most advanced flagship LED available. Nobody would even be talking about the Samsung QN90A, Sony X95J, or Hisense U8G at that point. You can see the Rtings review video linked below for the exact model listed (V655-J09) that gives an actual breakdown of performance and included features.

good
I'd go with this one. I don't like the response time on those Hisense and brands like that
