The connections on the SWOLED are the same as the original model, and each side connects independently, same as with Joy-Cons. You're good. May not be able to be docked with them still connected; the discourse on docking with them installed suggests YMMV.

Copy - ty. My brother-in-law had a dock for his previous switch (non oled) and quit using it because he so often switched from dock to dockless and would have to attach the case each time. That answered my question.

Just to confirm, these work great with the OLED Switch and this is a GREAT price for them, just remember they only work while attached to the console, they are not wireless and do not operate when disconnected from the console, nor do they have vibrating or motion control. They are NOT the same as JoyCons.

I can second that the grips might not be for everyone. I remember trying these and not liking them due to how thin the grips are. These aren't shaped like traditional controllers. These are more flat and wide with the grips being grabbed from the sides more than handles like an Xbox or NS Pro controller.
I currently use binbok grips and have been satisfied with them in terms of ergonomics (not saying they're perfect. I also wouldn't recommend them to everyone) but if you're looking for comfort, look at the Binbok ones as well.

Same here. After the 15% off coup
Edit: never mind! had to manually apply the coupon 🤦🏻 ♀️
Yes, works great on the OLED and have no trouble docking.

Yes, I have one and it's great. No cramps.
