I was actually thinking there would be a price drop due to upcoming Oculus, but with the higher price, pulled the trigger today. Hopefully people who want one can get in before scalpers buy them all and raise the price or Walmart realizes it and raises the price.
Amazon already raised their prices and when I tried to buy their used one at $250, I couldn't add it to cart because it looks like bunch of people bought them out. I went to Walmart and saw that they have it at $300 and $400 still for the 128 and 256GB respectively. I went ahead and bought one, ships to my house in one day. Requires signature, I had to call to tell them not to require signature, so it might be more convenient if you have it shipped to store instead for pickup.
QA note: 128GB expired, OOS by Walmart (3rd party only now). But the 256gb for $399 is still available. If it defaults to a 3rd party, then check the 'More sellers options' to find the one sold by Walmart itself.

GPU's for the last 2 years?
It wont drop off a cliff because our money is toilet paper. $400 is spare change. Probably no change in sales if I am to guess. Maybe 1-10% decline for a little bit or something.
PCVR versions? What??? Those run up to $1000, what PCVR is <$299?
