Announcement Regarding SuperShop (formerly Daily Steals)

In late 2021, we made the decision to disallow further deal posts for dailysteals.com or any affiliated third party storefronts at other marketplaces. While it's unfortunately necessary for our teams to make this type of decision at times with respect to a particular merchant (a site, seller, brand, etc.), such actions are typically the result of that merchant repeatedly violating our site's policies regarding manufactured content and/or feedback. However, in this particular case, we were largely responding to repeated complaints elevated by our community regarding accuracy of product listings, order fulfillment issues, conditions of items received, and difficulties arising from seeking resolution to any such problems through their customer support channels.
Since that time, Daily Steals has reorganized under new ownership and has been rebranded as SuperShop [livesuper.com]. We are also now convinced that they have taken significant steps towards addressing all of the concerns laid out above that precipitated their ban. Starting today, we will be allowing posts for SuperShop on our site.
Please note that we are not able to provide this level of public announcement for every decision our teams make to either block or reinstate a merchant but given the circumstances in this case and the prominence of this merchant on our site over quite a number of years, as well as our awareness of the rebranding of the merchant in the period of time during which they were not allowed on our site, we felt it was imperative to be as transparent as possible prior to enacting this decision.
We have no expectation that any merchant, no matter how big or small, will ever be 100% perfect. Should a problem arise with any order placed with SuperShop, we are confident that their support channels are now fully capable of addressing those matters in a timely fashion. Should the need arise, we have also created a Slickdeals Verified Customer Service account on their behalf so that they may more directly respond to any concerns our community may have.
