Please be careful about when it says Rent Payments. Only specific rental companies are covered in it.Triple Check with your rental company if they accept it.
Used it and they sent my rent payment in late. Poor customer service
Totally. The 1k a year in travel I'm getting for a category I'd normally get zero for (with no annual fee) makes this card trash. I should probably give away all my Bitcoin I got at $100, total trash!
Stop being a troll, please.
The card is trash. Use your rent payments to reach the minimum spend on a new SUB every quarter.
Use your headspace for bigger ideas. Stop worrying about spending 5x/mo on the Bilt card and think about getting 80K points per quarter.
Why do you want to pay a car loan which could be 5-7% interest with a credit card that may charge 20%. (Cc could offer free interest for 12 months std)
Show me other cards that allow you to pay rent with them.
I'm not sure what he is saying exactly but it sounds like he is suggesting you don't need to pay your rent on a credit card that allows it, instead use an ordinary credit card to charge your rent payment (along with the fees) to get a better deal as long as that credit card has perks?

Are there services that will allow you to charge your card for normal rent payments? All the places I've rented at require a physical check or debit/ACH transfer. I edited my comment as well to suggest that you'll hit the 5/24 limit in 1.25 years, and i you're normal spend would have hit the SUB anyway then there isn't a reason to do this.

apparently so, i think in 2024 there are many landlords that will take credit cards for a fee especially the ones that have an online portal.
I have a home mobile rental unit, that i have to pay space rent (they accept check only or through their own online payment portal which take ACH) for. Is it possible for me to pay that space rent using Bilt to get point? If so, does anyone know how?

Again, troll, I've been churning longer than you (I guarantee it). For a one time 5/24 hit I get years of nearly 100k points without hitting 5/24 or a credit ding again. That's worth a one time spot in my churn.
And I envy you that you can only hit your sub off minimum spend. My electric bill alone got me to 12k for my last Ink spend. I'd rather not take a fee hit to make the spend when I can do it naturally anyways.
And just pay your taxes with a card or advance your utility bills, SUB covered without penalty. Newb.

They issue a bank account and a routing number for ach transfer. Can't think of any landlord who wouldn't take a personal check for rent payment.

You probably initiated a transaction the same day your rent was due. If they had to send a physical check, don't you think the check would have arrived three days later?

Yes you can. Same as the normal rent payment. If you have questions, reach out via DM.

You'll hit the 5/24 pretty quick even if you did with the 3% transaction fee. And then you can't get SUB for other regular/big purchases
