I have both 6 and 7, I found it extremely ridiculous that they replaced default digital time watch face on 7, instead they put in an analog watch face without date displayed.
I get that they're trying to make you feel more like a smart watch than fitness tracker but the usability greatly deteriorated after this change.
To date, no offical band 6 watch face available for band 7.
Besides, the AOD will shorten the battery life to ~2 days for me, that being said I still found it more comfortable for sleep tracking than bulky real smart watches.

Do you mean 2 days less, or each charge would only hold 2days ?

A bit more than 48 hours, meaning I have to charge it the third day.
I set AOD on default schedule so it turn off during nights.
I also have auto sleep tracking and continuous heart rate on.
I haven't tested how long it will last with AOD off but when using band 6 with similar setup(band 6 doesn't support AOD) it easily last 6 days.
I'm still trucking with my mi band 4. Basically I just watch steps, and not interested in heart rate, or other stuff. I get about 20-30 days battery life. I do understand alot of you guys are into o2 stat, heart rate, gps, and all the bells and whistles, so I guess mi band 7 or 8 tracks sleeping, etc.
I had broken my mi 4 band a week ago, and just ordered 6 mi band straps for 11 dollars, will be here tomorrow.
I also bought a 21 dollar casio regular watch at walmart with big fonts/numbers a few days ago, so I can see what time it is easily, with 10 year battery life.
I will never buy a smart watch where it has 1 day battery life, or even 2 weeks battery life, ... 20-30 days battery life on smartwatch or 10 year battery life on old style timex/casio watches for me.

The things you mentioned others care about are for anyone that does any activity. Step count does not give you anything so why even track it, one could say. So lots of perspective.
I have a band 4 and the increased screen size in itself is worth it, auto HR,O2 tracking is super useful for unknown health issues if you care about that stuff.
Most hybrid watches last for months if you turn off the smart features and screen.A proper garmin solar will last forever in watch mode but these are not fair comparisions to make.

... What is your current perspective on using your smart-watch, smart bracelet. Do you own Mi band 7 smart bracelet in this thread, or something else? Which smartwatch/smart bracelet is your current favorite.
I sort of stated how I used my mi band 4, ... so you have my current perspective. What is your perspective?

Don't change location, buy from Ireland and ship to US, 36 EUR ~= 36 USD
