It's 30 days which for me ended on 6th March, and there office was closed till 13th April

We can get 1 match in 30 days. I purchased on 6th March. I raised today and they approved, I thinks it's because customer service office was closed from 6th to 13th.

You should always avoid single DIMM and or mismatched sizes of DIMMs. Doing so will result in single vs. double data rate for reads and writes. Smart memory controllers are a little more efficient with mismatched sizes, but still performance is sub optimal. Also the correct amount if memory is a quantity you'll never use, because once you run out of ram you start generating wear and tear on your primary storage device.
