For one serving, it has 30 grams of protein and 180 calories (according to the nutrition labels).

FWIW this might be the champion for the worst protein powder I've ever consumed. Absolutely atrocious. I've had from top end to basic Walmart stuff. I'm not picky at all. Any brand, any flavor, I'll give it a try. This stuff I bought on sale here a few years ago and threw it all away 🤮

I'm chugging this vanilla stuff now. It's not too bad to me. BodyTech chocolate was worse. But I bought that at $3.26/lb on BF 2021 and at that price it was definitely worth the crap taste.

I dont understand why this stuff is so cheap because even on consumer reports it had one of the best scores for least heavy metal contamination. and it has 30g of protein and 6g BCAA.

The five products that got the best overall scores were:
Pure Protein Vanilla Cream 100% Whey
Performix Pro Whey Sabor Vanilla Protein with Amino Beads
BodyFortress Super Advanced Vanilla 100% Whey Protein
BioChem Vanilla 100% Whey Protein
Puori PW1 Vanilla Pure Whey Protein

I wouldn't buy it because they don't offer an unflavored/unsweetened version, but that's just me.

* Also, I think I remember reading that there is a lot less chance of heavy metal contamination with the whey proteins than with the plant proteins. It seems like quite a few of the whey proteins now claim to be 3rd party tested, but I haven't looked into it that much.
