#3 Louisiana Hot Sauce, I consider just a 'hair' behind Crystal.
Cayenne peppers are the main ingredient in all 3 above, while Trappeys has vinegar as the main ingredient at a higher % proportion.
As far as I'm concerned you can keep Trappeys (now out of New Jersey) and as for Franks... gag me.
Huy Fong's Sambal Oelek is a must have for homemade subs/cold-cut sandwiches.
Huy Fong's Sriacha (the Rooster sauce) is perfect on Asian dishes (but really it's good on everything).
Cholula's hot sauce goes well in Mexican food (tacos, burritos, etc).
Those are staples for me. But I'm always willing to try out a new hot sauce when it's on sale.
