payment applys to which apr first?

Basically, I have a BOA card with a 0% BT APR balance. I haven't paid off all the balance, and I don't want to pay off right now since there are still 6 months to go for the 0% APR. They now offer me another offer which is $200 for spending $1000. If I spend $1000, and pay $1000 + minimum, will these payment pay off the $1000 purchase spending first? Just try to figure out it is worth or not to spend $1000. Thank you.

payment always go to the highest apr. which your purchase will be as it's not in the 0% apr.
