    I think that the refurbished units from eBay with the 2 year warranty is probably the best deal available for these. At about 300$ less for the s7MaxV and an additional year of warranty it would be hard to argue that Brand New is a better option. I assume we will see that come back soon(maybe to compete with Amazon day).

    Great vacuums; sub-par customer service at best, predatory at worst. Vacuum threw a CLIFF SENSOR ERROR message on my phone right before plunging down the stairs and into the basement. This happened within the 1 year warranty period, but Roborock weaseled their way out of replacing my device by calling it an "accident." After threats to report their shenanigans to the BBB, they offered me a discount code on future purchases. Like that's gonna help with the $700 paperweight I have as a vacuum now.

    Well thank you for pointing me in that direction was waiting to see if we got any prime day deals but might pull the trigger since it comes with 2 years.

    Get roborock and if you don't like the lidar navigation just return it. The app is what won me, it's very user friendly, gives reminders. bought 2 roborocks and now the only dust in the house are on my dysons

    Debating between the Q7 max + and the s7+ with docking. Is the price difference for s7+ really worth it ? I have hard floors through with 1-2 accent rugs with a husky and 2 cats so want to make sure I get one that will be useful as I'm so tired of manually vacuuming all the time. Please advise … TY
