I find the customization options in the software annoyingly limited, especially since you can't use the Fn key as a modifier for most keys. You can modify the functions of F keys, but that means losing their normal functions. I'd like to be able to do more with key combinations. I use autohotkey for that.
Pro-tip: The legends on the black version are hard to see without the backlight. But you can buy third-party black OR white keys on Amazon that are as good as the originals for not much money. I replaced all of my keys with white versions on the black body, and I think it looks great.
Edit: Actually the price showing for me is $165 which would only come down to $145 with a $20 coupon...

I used the "Suitable" brand keycaps advertised as for this keyboard. They emblems also don't light up on those, but black type on white is way easier to see than the other way around if you have any light in the room.
One other thing is that I had a cosmetic issue where my right shift key will not show Red light so if I have it showing yellow, it shows green. Contacted support and they gave me a brand new keyboard shipped free and everything. Told me to donate or keep the current one.
