Great device, easy to install. My only problem is the PIR sensor can be annoying. If its bright outside because your garage door is open and light is coming out from the garage, most of the time it won't trigger the floodlights even when you are right under the sensor. Also make sure it has good wifi signal otherwise you'll have an occasional disconnection until you power cycle the floodlights. There seems to be a lot of people that gets this problem with any wyze devices but they don't realize its always with their wifi signals and router settings that is causing it. Have had wyze devices since 2017.

so the flood light is basically useless if you have outdoor lights?

I set mine up so if the Camera detects motion the flood lights turn on. This avoids any issues with the PIR. Works great.

Could be? I guess it depends if its as bright as daylight. It works most of the time its only having issues when my garage door is open and I have garage lights that are too bright. Also you could install an extra camera with this floodlight eliminating the need for an extension cord for 2 cameras which is the best in my case.

Right but I don't exactly want to trigger the light if a person is actually far from my front porch. The detection zone is a bit finicky.
