It just seems way over priced...
with 25W iPhones? Amazing
It's fun to have a display with some overkill of information, but it drives up the cost by a large margin, and adds another thing that can break to something that just needs to hold a charge for a phone or laptop.

It auto adjusts to the device's max charging capability. It doesn't go over 25-26w for the iPhone.

If a charger cannot pat its head & rub its belly while also repeating Apple's mission statement backwards...in Latin then the phone decides not to charge. Of course Apple claims this is to protect the device. Zero to do with driving sales of absurdly overpriced iDevices....that is just a side effect. You can actually thank Apple for the EU's semi-recent mandate every mobile device must charge via USB C.

In cooperation with Apple and pretty much every other major mobile manufacturer. Not sure your point here. They participated at best, they'd be stupid not to.
Praise the EU! Lets not forget they ruined every website with their terrible Cookie Law that now nags you every site you visit!
