I have this one. It works well enough, but does have a flaw. For the auto-lock feature, you can set it for 1 second, 1 minute or 3 minutes. Personally, I like to have it close immediately within one second after I close the door and it works for the first few hours, but it then reverts to 3 minutes. I can recalibrate it, but it'll do the same thing (work for a few hours and revert back to 3 minutes even though the settings still show 1 second). If you're okay with that, then this lock works great. Seems to be a common problem and none of the fixes I found on google really worked consistently. Friend of mine has a similar issue, although it happens less frequently to him. Looks like an issue with the sensor not knowing that the door was closed.

With that said, I kept mine because I liked it enough with that flaw. I just use my fingerprint to manually lock it when I exit.

How long does the battery last before you have to recharge it? That's the only reason I'm considering going with this one over the C230. Not sure if that feature is worth the extrs $60 though...

I can't say how long as I've only been using it for about 2 months, but the battery gauge still shows close to full in a pretty active in/out household.

What happens if the power goes out- so you won't have Wi-Fi? Does the lock still work?
