Really depends upon the rest of your diet, and your personal health history. I tend to be sensitive to salt in some things, but not others so I have to be careful due to a family history of high BP. This is one of those products where I can tell it's oversalted, but for some reason it doesn't bother me as much as in other things like French fries. Each person is unique, and so what's okay for one may not be for another.

What happens if you have to much salt? Just curious
Been going on for a good while now. Where you been? Did ya notice that "half gallons" of ice cream changed to "3/8 gallons" all at once some years ago? Don't tell me there's no collusion going on there - including the federal agencies that are supposed to prevent that sort of thing.
fyi, this is not the healthiest. It has immense amounts of sodium.
unfortunately the low sodium version (1/5th the sodium) is not this cheap price.
For most people, up to 7 grams of sodium is fine. In fact very low sodium diet may increase all cause mortality over very high sodium. If you are sodium sensitive then watch for it, but if a physician hasn't told you that you have a problem, recent evidence is that you should largely ignore sodium intake.
