I'm pretty sure it will be recognized as PayPal and not directly eBay.com.

Offer valid through December 31, 2023 or while offer last.

I apologize if this has been asked a million times before, but would this work if I used PayPal to checkout? Not sure if Amex would recognize it as Ebay or Paypal. Thank you!

Thank you OP! I was able to qualify for this deal. While I hate eBay for selling these days I still find a lot of what I like to collect on there.

Ebay used to regularly have $5 off for everyone years ago. Now these sorts of deals are rare and limited. Maybe if their executives had focused less on death threats and harassment deals would still be common.
