Looks like the Buy 3 months Get 3 Months Free that Best Buy has been offering every October isn't coming this year. There are usually 2 deals around this time of year but this post is the only one from Best Buy so far. Not bad with all plans working out to $10-15 a month.

Best Buy has a 3-Month Mint Mobile sim/eSIM 15GB/Month + Unlimited Talk/Text + $30 Best Buy eGift Card for $60 & More + Free S&H

There's also a deal for unlimited data with a $45 Best Buy eGift card for $90.

These plans work out to $10 a month considering the gift card which can be used to roll the deal: These plans work out to $15 a month considering the gift card which can be used to roll the deal:There are also eSIMs available but the reviews are horrible. I purchased one but haven't tried activating yet. But I have used physical SIMs from Best Buy without issue and eSIMs from Mint Mobile's website without issue.

Contact Mint Mobile either through chat or calling right after you sign up and ask for your Account Number and PIN if you plan to port out after the 3 months. Trying to get it at the end of your 3 months can take over a day since their customer service works stupid hours and chat option will tell you an agent is on the way when they aren't even open. Save your port out information so you can quickly port out.

Target is running the same deal. If we hold off from activating for 2 weeks we might get 3 months free if they run the same promo from last year.

Easy switch. Bring your phone, port over, select a plan. I pay $200 a year for unlimited talk, text, and 5gbs of data. Comes out to about $16ish a month.

If you look last year they didn't start offering the buy three get three deal till November 14th or something. (I'll post a link below )Do you have some insider information as to why we should rule out this year?

Obviously it's possible, new ownership and everything. But, if they did it the same time as last year, they probably wouldn't introduce it till later this month..

Yeah, last year they started offering the promo on November 14th so I think it's premature to assume it's not coming. It certainly possible that they'll change it up, but if you're bagging on that, I think it's worth waiting till closer to Black Friday before you rule it out as an option.

Check for cash back too, I saw 4%

Read through the reviews for the eSIMS; each one is either the customer didn't know what an eSIM was and they needed a physical SIM, or BestBuy failing to deliver the eSIM activation info for up to 48 hours after purchase - nothing to do with the product.

Oh good to know. Thank you for looking through, I've been super busy but put off buying a second one because of that. The one MintMobile eSIM product I did check the reviews on only had about 6 reviews and they all said it didn't work. I didn't even bother looking at the other products to see if there was more info.

Can someone help this dummy?

I pay at&t $84 a month per month for a phone I bought outright 3 years ago. I get 9gb per month of data.

I want to keep my same number, upgrade my phone and pay less than $80

Thanks!

Mint mobile website took off all the budget phones. You are forced to buy apple or Samsung. There either going to announce BF deal by bringing back budget phone. To make it look like a deal when it not.
DEADPOOL is going to run mint mobile into the ground
