I just got my 11 in January and it's been working well. I haven't used the 10 to compare, but can't think of much to improve on. The only gripe I have is that the water reservoir tends to run out quickly with climate control set to auto.

I also use an Ecoflow River 2 156Wh backup and it lasts all night with a DC/DC converter.
Great deal but I prefer the Airsense 10.
The VA issued me one of these about a month ago. Absolute game changer. If you live with chronic fatigue, you owe it to yourself to get a proper sleep study. Now that I know ow the difference, I'd happily pay even MSRP for one of these.

This is about the cost through some insurers before applying deductible, copay, etc. Other insurers let DMEs overcharge.

I went from the 9 to this (due to max hours being reached) and prefer this. Using a card for data verification was a PITA. I still have my 9 as a backup but hopefully the 11 will last as long as the 9 has.

I've been using this for a little over a month and am happy with it. It is my first experience with CPAP so I don't have anything to compare it to. Probably the same cost as what I'm paying for the trial. And 13 month rental after what Medicare Covers. If I didn't already have one, I would probably order this.

I've been battling chronic fatigue for ages, and sleep poorly. My insurance company keeps denying a request for a sleep study, but everyone in my family uses a CPAP. Do I need a prescription to order from these guys, or can I just get one without a note?

X 1000% this comment. I suffered from chronic fatigue for far too long before a new doc had me do a sleep study. Absolute life changer. Be careful using petroleum based ointments on your mask area though, I did and it caused a horrible skin rash overnight. It looked like my face had severe burns (felt like it too!). Apparently petroleum reacts with the medical grade silicone mask (I use nasal pillows).
