I just got my 11 in January and it's been working well. I haven't used the 10 to compare, but can't think of much to improve on. The only gripe I have is that the water reservoir tends to run out quickly with climate control set to auto.

I also use an Ecoflow River 2 156Wh backup and it lasts all night with a DC/DC converter.
Great deal but I prefer the Airsense 10.
The VA issued me one of these about a month ago. Absolute game changer. If you live with chronic fatigue, you owe it to yourself to get a proper sleep study. Now that I know ow the difference, I'd happily pay even MSRP for one of these.

I have both this ResMed AirSense 11 and the Respironics DreamStation 2 and prefer this AirSense 11.

Is there a model with a built in alarm clock? I like to sleep but I also need to wake up on time and don't have a 3 tiered nightstand. These things have WiFi and Bluetooth, a clock shouldn't be too much to ask for
Just use your phone. Why the need to have to install a speaker into this?

I've had both the 10 and 11. I wish I could go back to the 10, yes I did have the tank leak as others posted. My issue with my current 11 is that I can't seem to adjust the settings without getting excess moisture in the hose in the middle of the night causing it to gurgle (rainout), waking me up. The only setting the doesn't do this is on auto, but my nose always feels dried out as I sleep with a full face mask.
Interesting. I think my insurance had the option to get the AirSense 10 or 11 and they settled on the 10. It works fine for me after about 8 months of usage but I've always wondered what I was missing by not going to the latest and greatest model.

I actually ordered another AirSense10 with the CPAP.com deal for $200 since it was such a good price (my price through insurance was like $550). Glad to hear I'm not missing out.

I'm on my second Airsense 10 and only used the tank for about the first six months I had the original. Been using them dry since then. Is there any advantage/disadvantage to not using the humidifier?

I have been using a CPAP for 20+ years I have had MANY different models from several different manufactures and there just isn't a whole lot of difference between them, There have been a couple of notable improvements like exhale relief and auto set over the years but there isn't a significant difference between an AirSense 10 and AirSense 11. I have been using the same AirSense 10 water tank for 3 years and have never had a problems with it.

I have honestly never found ANY difference in my sleep when going from LED lights to a LCD monochrome display then to a COLOR LCD display. I highly doubt the AirSense 13 OLED screen will make much of a difference either.

Notable differences I have seen are in the noise level, the water capacity and how easy it is to fill the tank. The Philips DreamStation had the easiest filling tank which you could just pour water into without having to remove the tank from the machine. If you fill from the tap instead of a jug of distilled water this doesn't make any difference. Philips switched from their easy fill tank to the cheapest possible to build CPAP because of their recall woes. AutoSense is kind of nice for a set it up once and forget it experience. If you like to sleep in a really cold room with a really high humidity level then heated tubing can really improve your experience but it won't make much of a difference for most.

A good mask that fits well and is comfortable for the user makes a MUCH bigger difference than the model of CPAP. I have recommended the ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillow mask to many CPAP users and most have declared it to be the best mask they have ever used.

WiFi, cell, memory card or having to take the whole machine into the doctor makes absolutely no difference for someone paying for a machine out of pocket. WiFi or Cell is easier if insurance is paying for the CPAP and you have to send in compliance information but it costs more to buy a CPAP through insurance with copays than it does to buy one out of pocket on sale like the one in this thread.

AirSense 10 or AirSense 11 I doubt anyone will see any REAL difference. Usually a CPAP model will go on sale when a new model is about to come out. So you will probably be behind the "latest-greatest" curve with the AirSense 11 in a few months anyway.

All of the ResMed CPAP's I am familiar with use a 24v power brick. The 12v Philips CPAP's can be run directly from a 12v car battery or other 12v battery so you can run them MUCH longer on battery if you camp and take your CPAP with you.

It's strictly for comfort. I stoppped using it over a year ago and it keeps the mask cleaner and I don't wake up with a wet face.

I don't use the humidifier when I am camping so my the battery I use will last longer. I prefer and sleep better with the humidifier. No problem with not using the humidifier if it doesn't help you sleep better.

Masks are a personal thing. I and many other CPAP users I know prefer the ResMed AirFit P!0. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/...k-headgear

It worked fine for me when I had facial hair. I have been clean shaven lately.

You can get the cover plate that eliminates the tank entirely, and then your machine is smaller and no pesky moisture to deal with ever again...so long as you can tolerate air without the extra humidification.

I use a 300Wh LiFePO4 power station for camping with my CPAP. The power bank I have has a built in inverter which outputs 110v. I never use the inverter function and run my Philips CPAP directly from the 12V plug. I can get 5 days of camping on a single charge without using the heated humidifier on my 12v Philips System One and still have 20% battery power left.

How many volts DC does the AirMini require? Not having to go through an inverter then a power supply will double the amount of time you can run on any particular sized battery.

LiFePO4 batteries will recharge double or triple the number of times a LiIon battery bank will before loosing significant capacity.

The name on the order must match the name on the prescription. Anyone who possesses a prescription in their name can order one.
