I just got my 11 in January and it's been working well. I haven't used the 10 to compare, but can't think of much to improve on. The only gripe I have is that the water reservoir tends to run out quickly with climate control set to auto.

I also use an Ecoflow River 2 156Wh backup and it lasts all night with a DC/DC converter.
Great deal but I prefer the Airsense 10.
The VA issued me one of these about a month ago. Absolute game changer. If you live with chronic fatigue, you owe it to yourself to get a proper sleep study. Now that I know ow the difference, I'd happily pay even MSRP for one of these.

Now if only full sleep studies weren't literal thousands of dollars so that I could get the Rx to obtain this…

I simply asked my primary care physician to write a prescription which he did. For both the machine and the supplies which the DME wanted an Rx for as well. I explained to him that I had did a sleep study years ago and have been using it without issue but just needed to update my machine and reorder supplies. Done.

I've been battling chronic fatigue for ages, and sleep poorly. My insurance company keeps denying a request for a sleep study, but everyone in my family uses a CPAP. Do I need a prescription to order from these guys, or can I just get one without a note?
I wouldn't subject myself to trying to sleep with a CPAP without actually knowing with certainty that I require its use. Getting an at home sleep study should be easy, consider filling out a STOP-BANG questionnaire or equivalent and taking it to your PCP to see if you qualify.

lots of discuss and experience sharing. (Dang... I forgot to place an order and submit the prescription later..)
I don't know about this resmed 10 but I've had the 11 for a few weeks and HATE the water reservoir, nearly as bad as the philips DS II. Takes two hands to open and twice now I've had to SLAM it in machine to get a seal. Then water gets in the hose that makes a racket.
*corrected, sorry I mean I have the latest Resmed 11
