We use(d) the True Lemon exclusively, but after the price of the 500-pack increased by 50%, I was considering buying the shakers. Then I found that Nuts.com has crystallized lemon juice by the pound. Not shilling, I just trust them better than random Amazon sellers for assorted bulk items like dried tomatoes.
