There will be different terms and timeframes specific to each agreement where you'll be covered so either contact them or read agreement contract and terms & conditions.

I have been with Sofi for five years -- they actually helped with reducing some of my loans and then I moved into their checking and saving because of their App which is great (unlike CIT which I was using). Although the savings APY is not the highest, you essentially get paid on a checking account as well. Since there are no overdrafts, just keep all cash in the savings account and it will transfer it as you use it.
