Target 20% off storewide Circle offer (works on Quest 2/3) YMMV $399.99

Found a YMMV circle offer on Target (20% off store wide) exp. Jan 27th
The coupon says it excludes meta quest products, but it does work
Here are the details:
- Search on your Target Circle offers (mine has a 20% off store wide in store/online offer).
- Activate offer
- The coupon says it does NOT work for Meta Quest Products, but it works
- Add Quest 2/3 product or anything else to cart (works for a store wide purchase)
Offer does NOT work on Lego, Apple, Nintendo, Playstation from what I have found. Works on Quest and Xbox products
Cheapest I found for the Quest 3 was 450 back during December, so this seems like the best price it's ever been with the offer working where it shouldn't.
