In my case, brickseek was accurate. BS said 7 in stock, and "clearance" but not the price. The HD app showed 0 in stock, and only ship to store for full price ($499). I called the store and they confirmed 7 in stock and clearance price of $199. When I got to the store they found 6 on the upper shelves and $199 price.

One slight clarification: battery fetches $125 on FB marketplace. A 6/2 will fetch $100. So an even better deal!!
