I seem to spend a couple hundred at Home Depot per month so worth it for since most credit cards don't have good rewards on home improvement, and stacks with 5% Redcard. It's not much, but it's something.

Thanks OP I'll pick up a few since I need to hit a minimum spend on a card. Wish they would offer this on higher value ones though to save clicks.

I can't figure out what to buy. I have a 15% coupon that Home Depot sent me for in-store purchase (excludes Amazon, Google, etc).
Looking for ideas.

I've never honestly hit a max aside from getting annoyed at the effort on these. I've done at least 16 before. You have to go to the target site, then to the gift card network and order the card there. Then add it to airbnb still. They really are a pita.

I was more enthusiastic about Home Depot gift cards before I learned that purchases made with gift cards can only be refunded to store credit, which can't be used for online orders (including store pickup.) Makes things a massive pain if, like me, you're completely inept in home DIY and buy two incorrect parts for every correct one.

Even though the email said In-Store, the small print said I could use it at HomeDepot.com

I honestly have not tried the coupon code.

If I can use it on HomeDepot.com, then I likely donate a Gorilla cart to an animal rescue group looking for one.
