I think there are better youtube reviews for this than comparable EcoFlow and Bluetti models. One guy on youtube tore it apart if you want to see the quality and semi-cost breakdown. One guy broke down what you can and cannot run on this with everything in his house. The UPS function seems legit. Pure sine wave AC output.

What it can and can't power in a home.

This unit seems to be direct competition for the EcoFlow Delta 2, which is priced similarly or slightly lower if you shop around. Have read/watched tons of positive reviews of the Delta 2, is there a reason to choose the Anker over the Ecoflow?

Also the Bluetti AC180 is very similar.

Bluetti support is far inferior, if reviews are any gauge

This does have an efficiency of 87%
The Ecoflow Delta 2 is 83%

I've read negative reviews about customer service for all the manufacturers of these power stations. It's really hard to gauge which is best when it comes to customer service and quality. I've got Bluetti, EcoFlow, and Pecron units, and I'm satisfied with all three. Of course, YMMV.

I chose this one over the EcoFlow Delta 2 because this can be used as a UPS for my computer (no interruption when power is lost) while the Delta 2 has a long enough interruption to have the computer turn off.

Also anecdotally, Anker has better customer support.

Hey all, just wanted to give a heads up on my experience with anker in regards to power stations. So eight months ago I purchased the 757 powerhouse. Started testing it over 30 days and quickly found out about the power drain issue that was the widespread defect that they didn't really publicize. After some back-and-forth, they confirmed the unit was defective, and I opted to get a refund because the C1000 was coming out and it had the updated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi feature that I was looking for. Well, that was a big mistake! I had also ordered the extension battery which was the BP1000. So what ended up happening was the C1000 has also failed after only two months. The Wi-Fi interface is defective and it just all of a sudden one day stopped working with the app and it stuck in Bluetooth mode. So I have no way of updating it futuristically and the only way I can access it is via Bluetooth. Also, the expansion battery did not work correctly with the unit and actually locked up both the C1000 and the expansion battery. I went back-and-forth with Customer Service but in the end, they didn't want to take responsibility for their defective units. I have many EcoFlow products and never had one problem with them. I love them! As for Bluetti, I have heard great things and I'm looking forward to trying one of their units to replace the C1000. All I can say is stay away from anker when it comes to power stations and that's from personal experience of having three devices in the span of eight months that have all failed. Don't get me wrong they make some good cables and wall chargers but that's the extent of having good reliability.

I'm trying to figure out: How much damage having solar panels constantly plugged in to this unit? This would include periods where it's at 100% with solar panels plugged in.

it is an LFP battery which as technology is known to have no degradation from 100% charging more durable for more power cycles.
