I've got the A-RGB version of this thing. Just a heads up, check if your case can handle its size and thickness before you buy. It's a bit of a pain to install. Mine's in a Phanteks G500A D-RGB and it fits okay.

I use the 240 size to cool my overclocked 7800x3d. Personally, I don't see why you would need something so big. Unless, you're cooling an i9

overkill tbh..
i use the same cooler i used on my 3900x and upgraded to the 7800x3D , Scythe Fuma 2 cooler. Thank God, no issues what so ever.​
