Otherwise, great vacuum overall! Don't forget to clean/replace the container filter and internal hepa filter.
It breaks you ship it in for repair, they send it back 2-3 weeks later if it's fixable. Other option is to take it to a "local" repair facility. If in either case they can't fix it they USPS mail you a check within 14-30 days of notifying you that it irreparable for the original purchase price.

Same price, but the Walmart and NewEgg options don't come with the 2-year warranty like the ebay page shows.

I have the original which I bought refurbished from ebay over 4 years ago and it's still running strong. It is heavy as heck though taking that thing up the stairs. I wonder if version 3 is lighter?
Walmart shows 2 and 3 year warranty options although it does come with 6 months
Yes, I saw those Walmart options also but those required more cost instead of being included with the ebay option. So that's why I bought from ebay.
