They are in Austin TX and there are some bad reviews and some good ones. So it will be a hit and miss.

I've purchased from them before. Twice. Most of people who are not happy is due to uploading low resolution images for a large canvas, the result is an image that is not so attractive. Be sure to upload a high quality image with strong colors and you'll get a good turn out.
